KULCZYCKI Emanuel
Professor of Scholarly Communication at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and a policy advisor to the Ministry of Education and Science in Poland. In 2018–2020, the chair of the European Network for Research Evaluation in the Social Sciences and the Humanities (ENRESSH). He has participated actively in the shaping of research evaluation systems in his native Poland, as well as in policy and academic debates on the subject at the European level.
